| OmegaCAM is a 1 square degree wide field
optical 16K x 16K CCD camera to be mounted on the VLT
Survey Telescope (VST) on PARANAL
OmegaCAM is expected to become operative in the year 2005 OmegaCAM is built by a consortium of European Institutions
: These Institutes coordinate the contributions of others in their home countries Further
